I can’t do the correct encoding of the site, majordomo dominating, utf-8 is set there, the meta tag is spelled out correctly, the text was recoded to usf-8 through the notepad, it doesn’t help, please help me figure it out. thanks in advance

you probably have a .txt file
through the notepad create files.
