There was such a topic on Habré. Hosters offer software packages from their panels for installation on hosting. For example, cmski Wordpress, Joomla and so on. So, such software packages for auto-installation were in a special format common to all such packages. I can’t remember what this format was called and where to read about it

It seems to me that there is no common format. You can do something like the following option - put the cms-ku manually on the site, then make a file archive and a database dump. And during automatic installation, expand the archive and import the dump, but then change the data in the configuration files and in the database - prescribe new paths and details with the script.
