I can not enable the code for the telegram bot, can someone explain?

I do not understand how to activate the code for the bot.
When I write in the command line - python bot.py , it gives the following "[Errno 2] No such file or directory" (The file with the code is called bot.py)
Here are these 2 lines of
C: \Users\dima1>python bot.py
python: can't open file 'C:\Users\dima1\bot.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Thank you for your help, maybe an easy/stupid question for someone but unfortunately I can't figure out what the problem is.

Go to the directory with the executable
For Windows:

Write "cmd" in the path where the path is specified, and already in the command line python bot.py
For Linux:
Just write python bot.py (in the directory with the file)
