I'm not in it, I solved the problem through a proxy server, but then I noticed that the site where it was necessary to activate the game does not work without a proxy, I think, well, okay, I launch a special client that should install the game and it says offline mode :).
I immediately started to google, tried it through vpn, and surprisingly it worked, only downloading 80 gig through vpn is not an option, and sitting through it all the time is also not an option.
In general, I tried a lot of things and with 99% confidence I can say that the problem is not with me, since this site also does not work from a mobile phone, but on a computer with a clean ubuntu, the same thing. I also heard that the matter is in the dns server, I installed Google and nothing. The easiest option is to make a VPN. I think that there are people on the forums who will give you their traffic for 100-200 rubles. :)
In general, if you are fumbling, then rent the simplest and cheapest server with Linux server, fasten open-vpn. Well, of course, take gigabit speeds there.
