Hard disks

I bought a NEW hard drive in the store, CrystalDiskInfo shows that it has worked 19651 hours! What to do?

I bought a new hard drive from Western Digital in the store, 1TB, AV-GP (WD10EURX) 3.5.
I decided to first check it for troubles and if it was not used in stands, shop windows.
Fortunately, there were no troubles, but CrystalDiskInfo shows that it worked for 19651 hours and was launched 111 times. I thought maybe a glitch, rebooted the computer 5 times and still the number of starts did not change, but it was not updated to other hard drives either. I decided to wait a while to see if the hard drive usage time will grow, and yes, it grows on all 3 hard drives, which means the program is not buggy.
The question is, can it be that CrystalDiskInfo does not display correctly? If yes, how to fix it and find out the hard disk usage time. Are there other programs to test this?
If the disk really used 19k hours, what to do now? Go to spoil the reputation of the store? Somehow without problems, but I want to know before that for 100% that the disk worked for 19k hours.

You can come and exchange without problems if 14 days have not passed since the purchase and the check has been preserved (do not forget your passport).

First of all, you need to look at the WD website (online or using the WD utility), they even know the status of drives that have not been produced for a long time. Date of manufacture, warranty period, warranty status. And this information is the only reinforced concrete argument. CrystalDiskInfo is a third-party program and what it shows there, how it interprets the "factory" values, may not apply to reality and cannot be an argument for making claims.
