I blocked Habrahabr for myself - how to fix it?

Well, in principle, everything is in the request, how - I do not know. Didn't seem to do anything special.
Win8+eset+malware. I installed tunnelbear, there is nothing to block there.
If I give through the turned command --ping habhahabr.ru constantly 100% lost/mozilla, opera.chrome

Have you looked at the hosts file?

Open the system32\drivers\etc\hosts file and see if there is a habr domain there
