I ask for help with setting up a DHCP server, specify the range of IP addresses in the OpenWrt firmware?

Hello.

I ask for help with setting up a DHCP server, specify the range of IP addresses in the OpenWrt firmware?
I have access point TL-WA901ND v2 with firmware openwrt-18.06.8-ar71xx-tiny-tl-wa901nd-v2-squashfs-factory .
I set everything up, distributes the Internet, repeaters work from it, the equipment connects to Wi-Fi.
But then the moment arose that there was a specific range of addresses .100 - .199 that would be assigned and how I can’t reach my small mind, how and where to register it ;-(

Maybe I missed it somewhere, but I don’t understand, tell smart people.

And a slightly different question. In the Active DHCP Leases section, I don't see anyone who is connected. But there are many poppy addresses in Associated Stations. So it should be?

Thanks in advance for your answer!

In the LAN interface settings, at the bottom there will be DHCP server settings for its subnet.
