The problem is with the router, and no one really knows what to do. What to do?

Help solve the problem. I already created a question, but no one is able to give the right solution to eliminate this dirty trick. Already spent all the nerves, nothing comes out. There is Internet from the cable, but does not want to distribute Wi-Fi from the cable through the router. Tried everything, in different modes. I cut both the router and the access point. Nothing, it doesn't work, even shoot. From the topic link: The ISP's DHCP service is not working correctly. What to do?

Are you sure the problem is with the router? Maybe because of ttl the provider cuts traffic.
In general, to diagnose the problem, you need to trace the addresses of routers, the provider's gateway and Google.

@nazar_ko

had a similar problem.
accidentally noticed that the local subnet of the provider coincides with our subnet. That is, we have default addresses in the range 192.168.1. * and the provider has the same network, that is, on the WAN port of the router, I received the address 192.168.1.120 (the same range)
it turns out that the client instead of asking for the Internet in the router on the local network at the address 192.168.1.1 it jumps over it and asks for the Internet from some machine in the provider's network with the same address 192.168.1.1. And there it is not known what kind of car and just do such a thing exists.
Solution: I changed the subnet settings to something other than 192.168.1.* , in my case 192.168.10.* and everything worked
