I ask connoisseurs to evaluate the layout, how well is it done?
Good afternoon! The layout experience is very small, I decided to make the first large site, the layout took about 20 hours. Tried to make it adaptive. I practically don’t know JS, all scripts are created on the knee in half an hour, based on knowledge of other languages. Please evaluate the overall level and point out the main mistakes, thanks in advance!

The picture is on the desktop and it's good!, but the level is really initial... The fact that it spread the semantic load into classes is good, but not the knowledge of adaptability, what should be in the head (meta name="viewport" content="width=device- width,initial-scale=1">) is of course bad. Be sure to explore!
There are a lot of little things about the layout itself with adaptability. Only the fact that the texts stick to the edge of the screen, the pictures overlap the text overlapping it - a gross violation.
You need to see how the grid and bootstrap are written, And be sure to write your own, do not copy - understand!

Why is there no :hover anywhere?
The next steps are to learn the preprocessor - scss, and connect the postprocessor (catch prefixes, make the style understandable for almost all old browsers)
