Approximate meaning: there should be headings from h1 to h4, the style of bold, italic, underlined text, the link is normal, active, visited, the menu item is normal and active, and the like.

If you don’t find the article, take a look at some fancy reset.css, it just lists most of the tags that you must not forget to redefine after this reset.
