I am disabled and have problems with my hands. Is it possible for me to become a programmer? What are the chances?

I am passionate about becoming a programmer! I am disabled, cerebral palsy, hyperkinetic form (i.e. I have sooo many extra movements). I am self-taught as a programmer. Is it possible for me to become a programmer? What are the chances? Print speed: 55 s/min.

Maybe. Chances are like everyone else. The ability to type quickly is not critical for programmers at all.
Most of the time, you will be reading and understanding code that has already been written, as well as thinking about the structure of your programs. Typing speed has minimal impact on programmer productivity.

A programmer thinks more than he types. Everything is normal, the chances are high, if there is a desire and a logical mindset.

Yes, for this it is enough to understand what you want to write / how exactly and hit the keys.

well, if you manage to come up with a code for 55 characters per minute, then this is success
