How do you evaluate whether you have reached junior web development?

I have been creating websites for more than 3 years and I would like to know my level (do I have enough experience to work in small businesses or not!)
I understand that this is a very clumsy question.
I would like to know approximately since the "how well you are" box is very blurry.

Pass a technical interview in any normal company for the position of junior web developer and find out.
Such interviews are good at identifying weaknesses and gaps in knowledge, if any.
