I am building my first online store. How best to implement?

I am a fashion designer by education. I want to make myself an online clothing store and concentrate on its development and improvement. I have never done web development before, but I always dreamed of. From what the web may need, I know: Figma, Photoshop, a couple of html5 tags and a little bit of python. I read information about the phased development of the site and everywhere I find contradictions. Help me solve them. So, here are the questions that slow down the implementation of my project:
1) some say that you need to follow the html5-css3-js-python path and write everything yourself, but this is a long time. Others say it's easier to start with a CMS. I already want the site to launch as soon as possible (at least until the end of summer), but at the same time it worked smartly, did not fall (they say that woocommerce often notices this). There will be no more than 300 products (varieties of product-1 and product-2) to begin with, then both the product and the functionality will be added gradually (there are a lot of ideas). Of the ready-made templates on themeforest, I did not find even close what I want.
How to do better, faster, better in my case? On what to do?
2) Why do many scold php and recommend starting to make a backend in python?
3) I heard that Django is as popular as WordPress, only in python. And then they say that he is already...https://habr.com/ru/company/mailru/blog/448700/ what are the alternatives, so that it is easy for a beginner and a quality product comes out?
Write, please, the approximate time spent on execution of paragraph 1 with your option, given that I have not even made up anything yet, but I only know how to design a little.

@Grinvind

You left out one very significant point: SEO. You create a site in order to, incl. get traffic from Yandex and Google? I advise you to think about this at the development stage and make the structure based on demand.

@php666

and write everything
you don't write. never. not every experienced programmer will be able to write an IM, because the time costs are enormous, but there is no sense, from the word at all. Of course you have to " start with CMS " - they've been written by developer communities over the years.
Why do people hate php
because they are idiots.
Take any free online store engine you like and that's it.
