I am being ignored on Google Play and their support team, what should I do?

In August, I uploaded my game apk a couple of times and they were rejected after a couple of days due to AliPlay SDK detection. Cut out this SDK and sent the apk again. Waited two weeks and got no response. During this time, I managed to fix a couple of bugs and make several improvements. Uploaded a new apk. I've been waiting for over a week now and no response. Should I worry and write to support or wait some more?

I was advised to write to support, which I did and have been waiting for a response for about a week, although it was indicated that I would be answered within two business days. What should I do? Wait further?

1. Read the Google Play App Developer Policies and be prepared to abide by them.
2. Register a new account for a different phone number.
3. Before submitting an application for review, make sure that all the rules are followed!
4. Be prepared to provide documents for domain or third-party intellectual property upon request in PDF format.
