Why was my Google Play developer account blocked?

Hello.
I had 2 Google Play developer accounts, one had a fairy tale app, and the second had an app for watching a cartoon.
Today, when I tried to log into my account, I got an error:

There is no answer from Google technical support yet, but from experience I expect something like:
"Thank you for contacting ..... - ......
Your account was blocked for violations of the rules and publication policy. Detailed information about the violation was sent earlier to your mail.
...... - ......"

As far as I understand, you didn't break anything. There are some problems with your wallet, which is linked to the developer's withdrawal account. Because at the moment the wallet is not working, they suspended the account. I think that if you work with the wallet, then access to the account will be restored after some time. In this case, the violation of the conditions is probably that there is no access to the wallet.
