I accidentally blocked everything through iptables and I can not enter the server. How to be?

I worked on the server with blocking the IP addresses of bot parsers using IPset + Iptables and now I can’t access the server via SSH and FTP. Changed IP, but all in vain, apparently blocked everything. Please tell me what are the ways to restore access?

Login with ipkvm.
Or reboot in recovery mode, if the hoster has such an opportunity.
