How to access a Linux server?

Good day!
There is a Debain 8 server with dynamic IP.
How it is possible to organize access to it?
With a static IP, ssh could be used.
Possible solutions:
1) use teamviewer + autostart/restart.
2) make a script that sends its IP after a redirect to the mail, say.
But the options seem miserable to me, apparently it is necessary to dig in the direction of VPN?
Please tell me how can I get access.

dynamic DNS. There are a lot of services that provide free 3+ level domains and there are clients for Linux too.
