Https://1.1.1.1/ opens the router interface. How to fix it?

Sercomm RV6699 router. When you go to https://1.1.1.1/ , the router interface opens, although the Cloudflare Warp website should open. I don't really understand what to do with this. What to do with it?
Ps this also happens with the addresses https://1.1.1.2/ and https://1.1.1.3/ , but not with https://1.1.1.4/ and beyond

Look towards the hosts file, or the router settings, where the redirect is configured.

Some providers (especially with ADSL) set up their equipment this way - adding 1.1.1.1 or some 1.2.3.4 to it. If I were you, if there is no access to the router, I would contact support.

and change the ip of the web interface of the router, go to the lan and change the ip there
