php_admin_value open_basedir ?
let me guess you disable it for Bitrix ?
There are several options here
1. disable the entire module and this is the most correct one, because it essentially slows down performance very much. and protection adds, in principle, not much.
2. option in the virtual host
php_admin_value open_basedir "none"
3.well, in php.ini open_basedir = Off
Also, do not forget that you have debian, and the config for php.ini has at least 4
to find out which one is working for you now, njuno know which php view you are currently running.
Depending on this, the appropriate php.ini file will be selected
It is easy to find out exactly which file is used by your site, just run phpinfo on it, and not from the console, but directly from the current site.
