HTTP Resource Agent for Heartbeat

Tell me, please, is there a Heartbeat Resource Agent that allows you to control a certain http address.

For example, there is a "thick" web application running under JBOSS. The application has a megasoft :10080/status page that returns OK or ERR

How can Heartbeat control this issue?

PS Standard Resource Agent JBoss is not very good for this
