What to read to the administrator who maintains projects in java?

Recommend articles / book for a person (young admin) who is completely unfamiliar with Java programming. So, at least, not to be stupid in conversations with developers) I have to work with Jboss EAP / Fuse / Wildfly application servers.

I did not understand where Tomcat is here, but the rule of good form is to familiarize yourself with the office. documentation for the servers you listed.
