HTTP proxy for access from abroad to the RF server?
Hello!
There is a mos.ru website that offers various services (payment of utilities, etc.). When I am abroad, this site becomes unavailable (long connection attempt and "server not responding"). And I periodically need to have access there when I'm not in the Russian Federation.
I also have several sites on a regular shared hosting in Russia (masterhost). Is it possible to put some kind of proxy script (PHP?) on the hosting so that you can access the mos.ru website through it and how to do it? Those. the connection from the masterhost to mos.ru should be normal, there is also a connection to the hosting from me. I don't quite understand how best to proceed.
Thanks in advance.

With a PHP script, of course, yes - no matter how much I searched now, I found it only with HTTP support, but I'm 100% sure that all payment services use SSL.
Try as BD_ l3ftoverZ said below! - use VPN extensions for browsers.
If from an iPhone, then a free VPN is psiphon.
I think it's on android too.
If you rarely make payments, then try TunnelBear for PC - there is only 200 Mb of traffic for a free VPN, but it's enough to pay for a communal apartment.
And if you completely take the bull by the horns, then you can raise a VPN server in your router in Moscow (if it has a white IP address) and connect to it from abroad. If there is no Internet in Moscow when you leave, you will have to buy a VPS and set up a VPN on it, or use ready-made VPN services from Russia.
And one more thing - isn't it easier in such a situation to simply set up auto payment from a card, and that's it?
