Raised a proxy on a machine with the following code
I connect to this proxy from another server, but the connection speed is 1-4 Mbps
Although there and there channels are 100 Mbps, and the speed between servers (where the proxies are raised from where I use them) is about 50 Mbps
What's wrong with the code?
