HTML tag for sending data to Yandex.Metrica?

Google Tag Manager has created a trigger that fires when a page is visited - there is a trigger for each page that needs to be tracked. All such triggers are tied to the same tag. Now I need to send data to Yandex.Metrica - I want to create one HTML tag in which I will send "reachGoal()" to Yandex, depending on which trigger worked. Is it possible to find out from the HTML tag (JavaScript) which trigger called the tag?
