After turning off Wi-Fi, it (Wi-Fi) stopped turning on. The inscription "Enable Wi_FI" hangs endlessly.
Already did a full reset, but it did not help.
Tell me how you can diagnose the problem (software or hardware) and, if possible, solve it?

You can try to install another firmware, for example I have ViperS 5.3.0 .
Or disassemble and look at the Wifi module (it is unlikely that you can do something with it at home). You can order on Ali or online stores
If wifi still turns on / turns on, but does not see more than one point for connection. Then you can check a thin single-core coaxial cable when parsing (one of the ends of the antenna wire could pop out). Also pay attention to the contacts for connecting the antenna to the cover.
