Actually the question is: how to use DNS on Android 9 and newer without encryption over UDP on port 53?
Explanation: I understand the pros and cons of DNS over TLS and over HTTPS and I know for sure that I don’t need them because I’m my own provider, i.e. I only connect to my home DNS, and I always go to the Internet from grave devices only via VPN to the home gateway, but the home gateway behind DNS goes to the Internet in secure ways.
