HR asks me to upload a photo of myself where I hold my NDA passport. Is this normal practice?

Tell me, this is an interesting situation: HR found me, wants to give me a test, but asks me to upload a photo of myself where I hold an NDA-type passport, when asked why just a passport photo is not suitable, he says:

We need this for legal standards to make sure we have confirmation of who we are working with.

I asked her to throw her mail with the company's domain, she threw it, but only the project is on name.com, she dropped name.org, when checking whois, NS addresses and IPs match. The project itself is German, so is it, respectively. Question: is this practice normal, because I encounter this for the first time, and I also know that in quick loans of all kinds, you can take a loan with such a photo

It is forbidden.
The situation is humiliating, I would not fall like that in principle, although, here freelancing, anything can happen.
Moreover, why the hell does she need your passport for issuing a test task and what can be an NDA if you do not work there? It looks like a divorce.
