HPE MSR931 (JG514A) Comware ddns client settings not working. What could be the reason for this behaviour?

There is an HPE MSR931 (JG514A) device available that has Comware firmware on board. The WAN port is connected by Ethernet to the provider, from which it receives an external "white" IP via DHCP. Skis don't go in the ddns settings part. Here is part of the output of the display current-configuration command with all the directives related to this functionality in one way or another:

display current-configuration output
[MSR931]display current-configuration
#
version 5.20.106, Release 2516P13
#
sysname MSR931
#
clock timezone Europe/Moscow add 03:00:00
...
#
dns resolve
...
#
ssl client-policy default
version ssl3.0
...
#
ddns policy hex1
interval 0 0 0
ssl client policy default
url https://ipv4.tunnelbroker.net/nic/update?username=...
...
#
interface GigabitEthernet0/0
...
ip address dhcp-alloc
ddns apply policy hex1

Display ddns policy output

[MSR931]display ddns policy
DDNS policy: hex1
URL : https://ipv4.tunnelbroker.net/nic/update?username=...
Username :
Password :
SSL client policy: default
Interval : 0 days 0 hours 0 minutes

What was done to get at least a message in the error log (but there is nothing!):
- ssl policy default was removed/corrected for tls1.0;
- in ddns policy hex1 , the username and password parameters were specified separately (in this case, the url directive was different);
- the firewall and ipv6 settings were turned off (already shamanism, because they could only interfere indirectly);
- spinning interval differently;
- the HPE FlexNetwork MSR Router Series Comware 5 Layer 3 - IP Services Command Reference manual from the HP website has been taken into account to the holes.
There is complete silence in the logs - no errors, nothing criminal, only a message that such and such a command was executed. The URL is correct, checked by curl. I would like to understand where I am wrong.
The router was presented as a present, it is used at home, of course, I don’t have a support contract.
