HP Proliant DL180 G6. Voltage P5V sensor warning, causes, what threatens?

Colleagues, good afternoon.
In the old HP Proliant DL180 G6, the P5V sensor fell into the warning:

Please help me figure out:
1) what the sensor is about (there are two about 5V)
2) What could be the reason
3) What threatens and in how close a future

Voltage from the power supply.
On one of the lines, a drawdown of 0.3 volts is not particularly scary, but if it approaches four, then the block must be changed.
