HP Gbe2c l2/l3, how to set up 1 blade - 1 physical port?

There is a blade system with a Gbe2c l2/l3 switch module.
It has 5 physical Ethernet ports, 16 Internal (internal, for 8 blades).
Actually installed 2 blades, which have 2 interfaces. Each blade has 1 interface dedicated to the virtual machine.
As a result, 4 servers with their own IP addresses.
How to actually bind a specific physical port to a specific internal one?
So that the actual traffic does not go through 1 channel, as it works now.
Direct port 5 to all the remaining not yet occupied internal interfaces and to access the switch.
