Everything is wrapped in a main tag. this is semantically incorrect.
The logo is included in the general menu, it seems to be not a mistake, but there will be problems with integration with any CMS.
The responsive looks like there is no meta viewport tag, even though there is one.
The menu is not hidden in a sandwich. Perhaps you will say that it fits anyway, but this is the first sign of a completely beginner, he himself was like that.
You use the bootstrap grid in some places, but do not fully understand how it works, so write extra classes. for example col-md-6 col-lg-6. At this point, the col-lg-6 class is superfluous, since it does exactly the same thing as col-md-6, because the bootstrap is mobile-fest. And where there is one column, neither row nor col-12 is needed.
I didn’t understand the meaning of scrolls in cards, it looks much worse, as if there was more or less content somewhere.
