I had the opportunity to create one project in which the customer provided a user section in which the user (hereinafter referred to as P.) adds and edits ads, resumes, and his work. Other P. can view information in his user section, but cannot edit. And there are partners who can edit ads.
Question: how would it be more correct to implement a user section based on Bitrix (the question is more about protection against unauthorized access of other Ps)

If I understand everything correctly.
Own elements can be edited through components - iblock.element.add.* (In the Content->Adding elements tab).
In order for partners to be able to edit all elements, it will be necessary to tweak these components a little (checking access in the component itself).
