How will the UPS work in this case?

There is a spherical laptop without a battery (charger specifications - AC: 100-240v 1.2A; DC 19v 3.42 A). There is an electricity supplier who likes to cut off electricity for 1.5 - 2 hours at least. The question is if I buy a mediocre 650W UPS (or something there), then how much will it work?
