Please tell me how it will affect the SEO if I change the url of all posts from homework to the /blog subdirectory, for example ..?
Or is it better to do everything at once in a blog with a redirect from the main one?

Do you want to change site.com/1 to site.com/blog/1 ?
If yes - put 301 redirect and the losses will be minimal.
