What should be the correct site structure?

Hello. Friends, tell me the solution.
There is an online store.
We put the site structure in order, but the question arose about the URL.
Here is an example of a site page https://sterngroup.ru/tovar/ats01n103ft_ustrojstvo...
there are breadcrumbs that actually show the structure.
Do I need to make a URL in the form sterngroup.ru/category/subcategory/product
or not?

@Tashrex

you can not use intermediate folders in building the address if you:
1. organize the breadcrumbs correctly (keep the logic).
domain > Section > Subsection > Page title.
Now you are not displaying the last page in the navigation chain. It must be displayed and left not clickable (it should not be a link to itself).
2. Embed semantic breadcrumb markup on all pages of your site using Microdata using the BreadcrumbList schema from the Schema.org library .

Do not use a nested folder structure, because later, if you need to change the product category, you will have to place redirects, and this is a loss of "weight".
