How\where to get a Linux Professional Institute Certificate in Russia?

Hello. Perhaps someone has already encountered this problem before - obtaining an LPI certificate in Russia. Everything is greatly aggravated by the fact that the only information similar to my request I found on the site is either an expert, or something like that, and the price of the exam instead of 100 bucks was around 500, which is not very pleasant to see a poor student. Has anyone received this certificate in Russia? How much came out?
