How, what is needed to send a child to study in Romania?
Actually a subject. IT or communication or, as they say in the worst cases, public administration.
Interested in links and experience. I have a foreign passport, I sent it on vacation to Paris and a tour of Europe.
I don’t have a millionaire’s daughter, so it’s desirable to have a budget, if this is important, then a gold medal in the child’s school. And I, that is, Uncle, do not earn more than 50,000 rubles.

Why exactly Romania? In Europe, there are still Denmark, the Czech Republic, Austria and other countries "not Germany, because there are high requirements"? You can enter universities after 1-2 courses of ours. Or you can sign up for a consultation at the local embassy and they will tell you everything there.
Fully budgeted, there is also a scholarship, more interesting than Romania:

If you don’t earn more than 50k, then it’s better to let the child study here, work, gain experience, and then go to the magistracy herself.
