How well will Hertzner Cloud (CX51) + Windows + MS SQL + 1C 8.3 take off for ~ 50 users? Base ~15Gb.
At the moment, it works on a piece of iron similar in parameters with less than 50% load in all respects.

Just like on a similar piece of hardware, some kind of plus from the ssd is possible, but I think you also have an ssd on the current hardware.

It will take off normally.
They have both NVME and Ceph storage very fast. Maybe the CX41 is enough for you.

Take a server for a day, do a Gilev test on hardware and compare the results here.
There is no Windows template in the cloud, you need to boot from ISO and install it yourself + in the future you need your own license.
And look at the line with dedicated vcpu in the same place.
