Recommend some tutorials on creating a CMS on node.js. Required functionality: registration / authorization of users, adding / deleting articles to the site.

There are CMS for the node, but in general there are not so many of them. Guides are probably even less.
As for the functionality you are looking for, google howto for Express.

apparently you need a not very universal CMS.
If you only have "adding articles", then most likely it's just a blog.
so google just tutorials on "nodejs blog". there should be more lessons on this topic, but the essence is exactly the same.
PS By "universal" I mean those where at least you can create new types of materials with an arbitrary list of fields. as well as connecting third-party plugins, access control, changeable themes, etc. If you need all this, then for each item you will need to ask separate questions (here or in Google).
