How to write to technical support in the Telegram messenger itself?

I used to do this, the operators answered .. but the dialogue was lost in a bunch of correspondence. Who will tell you where to write?
We spoke Russian there, by the way.

ps there is a problem with sending data and large text (copy-paste). And such a problem is observed only on a home PC (although I even reinstalled the OS). Everything is fine in the office. I don't see any problems on my phone either.
