How to write the initial command line to work with git?
In short, I watched a video tutorial on how to install git. Showed and then began to write the name and mail in the cmd line. And here he has a $ symbol at the beginning of the command line , and I have C: \ Windows \ System32> (the screen turned out to be white) And I tried to enter the command anyway, but it seems to me nothing worked there. By the way, another guy somehow put this on an open server. So I open a com line and there C:\Windows\System32> What should I do to get the git commands to work?
