How to write Slack bot in C#?

Good day to all. Please help me figure out how to develop a bot in C#. I know that Microsoft has a Bot Framework for such purposes. But I don't understand how can I connect the bot to slack, where should this bot be? on some cloud or what? Help me sort through what I need to write and run a bot written in C # and connected to Slack. Thanks a lot

connection instructions in the bot framework administration interface, available after adding the bot.
The bot must be on the server. In the cloud or hosted - it doesn't matter. Everything seems to be clear there.
