How can you write animation and design on Windows, for mobile applications on ios, and is it even possible to do this on Windows? Main development on mac os.

If you want to write in JavaScript, HTML - hybrid technologies ionic, cordova.
React native adjoins.
On Dart - Flutter.
Advantages - 2 platforms at once, disadvantages - Google will explain.
If the main development is on OS X, it might make sense to write general frameworks - in this case, standard Xcode, Swift / Objective-C / C ++
