How to write compilation on keyboard shortcut in VSCode?

The question arose, it is necessary to implement the compilation of Stylus preprocessor files by pressing CTRL + S (I have not yet come up with a better way to write a compiler). I know about the keybindings.json file, it needs to execute an npm command with the path to the file passed there when clicked. As far as I understand, this can be done using inputs, but I still haven’t figured out how to work with them. Please help me to understand all this, I will be very grateful)
