How to write and maintain a feature test coverage report?

I am a QA Engineer, tester, test designer and all rolled into one.
I have a task to issue a report on the test coverage of features.
I want to be able to quickly answer questions like:
1. In which build was Feature_Y checked?
2. Was Feature_Y checked at all?
3. What other features have been left untested since build_X?
I have a problem with this kind of report. How to break? By features? Or maybe components? In what form is best tabular or some other?
I would like to see examples.
Now the company uses Jira and the Zephyr plugin for it, but has not yet found an easy-to-use solution based on them.
