How to quickly test a PC for performance?

Tell me a way to quickly diagnose the state of the PC.
There is industrial equipment on PC hardware that runs on Windows XP Embedded.
You need to have a way to get an answer within 15 minutes whether the equipment is operational or not.
Roughly and in general, percent, hard, memory, mother, external cards. You need to understand that everything is operable, the temperatures are not exceeded, everything is within the normal range, or if not, then what is wrong.
I see it as a bootable flash drive with tests. So it was not possible to find some kind of simple test that stupidly checks all the components that make up the computer and gives an assessment, but there are a lot of specialized solutions with troubles.
Please help, someone can met such a program.

Firstly, whether the equipment is functional or not is determined without any tests - it either works for you or not.
Secondly, about tests of memory, disks, etc. What is their meaning in your situation? As long as the equipment is in order, they will show positive results. When something fails, you will notice it anyway. Plus, all these tests are much longer than 15 minutes.
Thirdly, in my opinion, you do not need tests at boot, but control during operation - processor temperature, fan speed, SMART hard drive. And keep a replacement ready - it’s better to have the entire computer assembled with the installed system at once, well, or in parts.

Memory (memtest86, for example) and disks (built-in Windows tools) and see the Windows system log (turn on the error filter in it).

Memtest was there, whdd to check the screw - too.
But in general, the performance of iron does not mean at all that Windows on it is adequate and will work ...
