How to write a web bot with android?

A perverse task arose: writing a web scraping bot from android to android.
You need to scrape from the browser (or some js interpreter), i.e. apparently selenium is required. It is necessary to work in several threads and with several sites at the same time. And then already imitation of activity of the user.

I don't have experience with Android development. There are no other exits except vps (which is extremely inconvenient from the phone). Is this problem solvable and how to start it?
