Do I need to find a lawyer for this and explain the whole essence of my website? Or maybe there are some legal offices that have similar services (well, in general, those who have already done this). Advise anyone.

I advise you to simply google the standard user agreement, there are even their generators.

If it's just "to be", then use the generator for a model agreement.
Otherwise, I suppose you need a lawyer to draft that agreement.
