How to write a telegram bot that works on behalf of the user, and not a bot on node.js?

I can write telegram bots in js, but is there a library (preferably well documented) to make a bot from a user (not for spam). One use case is auto-reply to a specific user, to a specific message, with a specific message. In general, I plan to use it as you understand for automation.

Create your telegram client in the developer section on the site, get the application ID and token (not a bot!)
I don’t understand node.js, for python there is https://docs.telethon.dev/en/latest/
The principle is the same everywhere I think you'll understand.
If you spam you will get banned quickly, so use it wisely.
