Question about the simplest automation of reporting in a small hotel.
Now this is done on Excel, but they hit the ceiling.
The administrator at the reception fills in some information about the visitors who came and left, about who, how, when they left, etc. + cash payment The accountant checks whether the repayment came by bank transfer. And the director looks at it all from above and analyzes.
How to write a simple multi-user application on what. You don't need much - just so that everyone can see their columns, there may be an input form for certain data. In fact, there will be 2-3 tables. Reports 5-7.
Thoughts that come to my mind:
1. MS Access - something a bit complicated + buy Office Pro .. don't want to
2. Excel + some kind of firebird-type database - it's complicated, you need to write a lot to store / load data from the database
3. Google spreadsheets - interesting, but can it form?
Maybe there are other solutions that I don't know about?
The task is to invent a bicycle, because it is necessary for specific tasks some kind of simple and convenient skeleton, and not a large system.
Any ideas?

Why can't you make a simple system in php + js + mysql, and not fence the "big system".
Just spend your money, hire a studio to write an application for you once and for all.
